Paris American International University (PAIU) is delighted to share that Executive Board Member Dr. Selman Arslanbaş has been officially invited to the II Forum of Strategic Partners in Astana, Kazakhstan, on October 31, 2025, organized by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education under the high patronage of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.
The Forum will bring together more than 40 global experts, leading universities, and technology innovators to shape the future of higher education and scientific diplomacy in Central Asia and beyond.
Key institutions represented include University of Arizona, University of Minnesota, Cardiff University, Coventry University, Heriot-Watt University, KAIST, and City University of Hong Kong, alongside Google, Huawei, Nvidia, and 01Edu System.
Dr. Arslanbaş, representing PAIU’s vision of academic excellence and international partnerships, will contribute to discussions on higher education diplomacy, cross-border collaboration, and sustainable innovation.
